  • 1 ½ tbs Olive oil (almond and grape seed oil are food good alternatives)
  • 1 tbs Baking soda
  • 3 tbs Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbs Cane Sugar
  • 1 tbs Sea salt
  • 2 drops of Vanilla extract or essential oils
  • A bowl and spoon for mixing
  • A clean plastic bag or jar for storage


  1. Mix the main ingredients: Sugar. In your bowl add 3 spoonful of white cane sugar. Then add 3 more spoonful of brown sugar.
  2. Add the salt – this is one of the essential ingredients in most bath scrubs.
  3. Add a spoonful of baking soda to make your skin amazingly soft.
  4. Then, mix the ingredients until all lumps are gone and it is smooth and in unified color.
  5. Add a spoonful of oil and stir it in. Add the remaining 1/2 spoonful of oil and mix until the oil is spread out evenly.
  6. Add about two drops of vanilla extract. You can replace the extract with cinnamon or any essential oils depending on your preference for the scent.
  7. Spoon your ready-to-use scrub into a plastic bag or jar carefully.
